I founded WebbJAM Consulting in 2019 based upon a decade of international and national trainings, empowering entrepreneurs, managers, directors and staff who offer psychotherapeutic services to deepen their craft and impact countless clients in need of building a life worth living (Linehan, 1993) and integrating trauma and attachment focused interventions and strategies in various organizations.. My upbringing has taught me the need to “work twice as hard to be equal.” This motto, borne out of generational racial adversity has taught em to avoid isolation and build bridges of understanding and healing for all who choose to lead under so much pressure to achieve and succeed.
I have facilitated retreats for burnt-out practitioners and entrepreneurs to reset and renew their purpose and focus. As the sole owner of a private agency, The Village of Kairos, founded in 2011 in Nashville, TN I have seen 200% staff growth annually with minimal turnovers despite having moved to an entirely new region and cultural market in the South. Dr. Webb has been walking alongside adoptive parents and children for over 15 years. I have shared in the struggle to solve problems with children that don't trust that adults can keep them safe and has allowed parents to openly weep for their own wounded experiences stirred up in the adoption journey. I have two beautiful adopted godchildren as I am infertile with nonliving children. I am deeply motivated to consult with families in crisis to help them develop and build thriving versus surviving households.
